After being in business for a couple of years we realised we were picking up so many of our competitor’s clients. After investigating we found that so many trades people out there had poor communication with their own clients, often leaving them in the dark as to arrival times. Clients were having trouble even locking some trades people down to a specific day.

That’s not how it works when you call Sydney Air Conditioning Repair. We have fantastic communication and will provide you with an appointment date and time bracket. Before our pros head out to your place, they’ll call or text to confirm the appointment time 30 minutes ahead of time. This gives you the time and freedom to carry out what you need to before our tech shows up. You won’t be left wondering. We even guarantee that we will be there on time or we will give you $50.00 off your invoice.

We also provide up front pricing so you will never receive unexpected bills. Upon booking you will be informed of our service call out fee which includes time required up to one hour. If we find the system isn’t repairable within the hour or requires specific parts to be ordered you will receive a quote which needs to be approved by you before we proceed to repair.

Our technicians are screened and tested and need to be well above standard in terms of all round ability. Some of the most important tests we do are as follows:

- Our staff, from office to tradies need to be all round likable people, as we like to surround ourselves with positive people, by bringing great people into our “show”, that in turn brings in likable guests who will want to keep doing business with us.

- Competency in the trade

- Minimum of 6 years’ experience

- Full police check

- Great communication skills
